Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, although a bit expensive compared to other European hotels. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was excellent for walking and offered amazing views, but could be a bit tricky to access at times. The dining experience was nice overall, with some room for improvement in value for money. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I found the hotel to have some positives such as a stunning view and a convenient location close to Lucerne. However, getting there after 5:30 pm was a bit tricky, and the dining experience left much to be desired with high prices for low-quality food.
The hotel offers small rooms with a Jacuzzi but can feel cramped for longer stays. Though pricier compared to similar European hotels, it has friendly service. The location provides panoramic views over Lucerne but may require occasional taxi rides. Dining is hit-or-miss, with acceptable cold buffets most mornings but equivalent to £50 per person for less quality food.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms at a reduced price, but the ashtray smell could be off-putting. The service provided by all staff members is top-notch, very friendly, and one of the best. The location is great for a family experience, especially with the underground parking available. Dining around the hotel was nice, but the room rates were a bit high in comparison to other European hotels. Overall, a welcoming atmosphere and a great view enhance the dining experience.
The hotel offered stunning views of Luzern and the Alps from the spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, the shared bathroom for the price was disappointing, and the room size was smaller than expected.
The hotel room was small but comfortable, just big enough, and a bit warm at night even with the fan on, requiring the window to be cracked open. The service was really friendly and helpful, and the location was at the top of the hill providing a great view over the city. The dining experience was nice with homemade local products, and the facilities were well-equipped.
